Mushroom walnut taco meat –
* 2 cup mushrooms
* 1/2 cup walnut halves
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 tbsp coconut aminos
Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until combined. You want it to be chunky but stick together. Use over salads, on corn tortillas or on burrito bowls.
